OUR "GRAPPAS" DRAWN FROM SINGLE VINES



From crushed grape skins from our two vintage wines DOLCETTO d'OVADA and GAVI, we obtained two single vine "Grappas".

Their quality and their peculiarity is to be obtained by distilling the grape skins, with the copper alembic, in water bath.

This is the most burdensome among the distillation systems, but with no doubt it is the most suitable to bring inside the distillate the best of the grapeskin flavour.


In this way when tasted , this "Grappas", will have freshness in taste and a gentle and intense scent.
